I currently divide my working life between Canberra and Melbourne - offering individual sessions, zoom sessions and site visits eg. home, school or work.

I am registered with the NDIS and I find that with NDIS participants, I have more preparation and consultation with other professionals and so I charge the full NDIS fee of $193.99 per hour or $190 if I can do the processing with a credit card (because it’s less admin time for me). The minimum time I provide is 40 minutes which is $125. Travel costs are at $96.99 per hour.

I am also a medicare provider for both the Enhanced Primary Care Plan (ie. The Chronic Disease Management Plan) and the Better Access to Mental Health plan. For private clients or those claiming medicare, I currently charge $190 per hour and $125 for 40 minutes and $145 for 45 minutes. My practice management system allows me to process a credit card and the medicare rebate so that it should get into your bank account within 48 hours. A private health rebate will take a little longer as you’ll need to do that yourself.
